Brixton Metals (WKN A423P0 / TSXV BBB) has released another series of high-grade silver results from its 100% owned Langis Silver Project. Drill hole LM-26-305 stands out in particular, as it delivered what the company calls the best silver interval in the company’s history—based on the combination of grade-thickness!

The drill hole intersected 18.2 meters grading 3,638 g/t silver (!) starting at a depth of 113.8 meters, including 6.8 meters grading 9,421 g/t silver starting at 121.2 meters. This further positions Langis, located in the historic silver district of Cobalt, Ontario, at the center of the company’s ongoing exploration efforts.

The new results come from the second batch of results from the 2026 drilling program. In total, Brixton Metals has already completed 7,510.25 meters in 39 drill holes this year. Nine drill holes had already been released previously; now five additional drill holes with a combined length of 1,034.80 meters are being added. The program aims both to infill known high-grade silver zones and to expand them. The focus of the current work is south of the Shaft 6 area, where the first drill holes of the season were planned.

Brixton Metals Intersects Exceptional Silver Grades South of Shaft 6

For Brixton Metals, LM-26-305 is a key result. Although the company had already anticipated and encountered high-grade silver following the first drill holes of the year, the values now reported stand out significantly from previous results at Langis. The mineralization in this drill hole is predominantly associated with centimeter-wide veins of native silver and cobaltite. Visible native silver in the drill core is one of the features that makes the Langis project geologically unique.

In addition to the high-grade core section, LM-26-305 also exhibits a broader mineralized zone. According to the company, this zone returned a weighted average of 862.2 g/t silver over 77 meters. Thus, the result indicates not only narrowly confined high-grade veins but also a broader mineralized environment. This is relevant for Brixton Metals because such a combination of a high-grade core and a broader zone provide additional starting points for further modeling and the next rounds of drilling.

Other new drill holes also confirm the silver mineralization in the target area south of Shaft 6. LM-26-307 returned 13.6 meters at 367.0 g/t silver starting at a depth of 118.4 meters, including 4.1 meters at 930.2 g/t silver. LM-26-302 returned 9.0 meters at 406.9 g/t silver starting at 116.0 meters, including 0.5 meters at 2,930 g/t silver. Taken together, these results demonstrate that Brixton Metals has encountered significant silver mineralization multiple times in the vicinity of the current drill site.

Langis Silver Project Shows Further Continuity of High-Grade Zones

The geological interpretation of the current campaign builds on previous work in the Shaft-6 area. Brixton had previously identified silver mineralization there, which occurs primarily in vertical dilation zones and shear veins. Silver occurs as native silver. This model is further supported by Brixton Metals’ new drill holes.

The most recent holes were drilled from the same drill pad south of Shaft 6 and encountered mineralized zones on multiple occasions. In the company’s view, drill hole LM-26-305 demonstrates that the known structures may contain high-grade silver zones, which can be more precisely delineated with further drilling. Drilling is therefore continuing and is focused on expanding and densifying the known silver mineralization in this area of the Langis Silver Project.

Brixton Metals Aims to Further Increase Drill Density at Langis

The current results also have immediate implications for the ongoing program. Brixton Metals intends to deploy a second drill rig at the Langis Project in May to expand the current campaign. The company is responding to the high quality of the results to date and aims to follow up on the known silver zones more and evaluate potential new mineralized areas along key structural trends.

Langis is located approximately 500 kilometers north of Toronto in the historic Cobalt silver camp in Ontario and benefits from excellent infrastructure. This includes year-round accessible roads, electricity, rail access, and a refinery. For an exploration project, this location is crucial because it improves the logistical conditions for ongoing and future work and generally results in lower drilling costs.

Between 1908 and 1989, the former Langis Mine produced a total of 10.4 million ounces of silver intermittently, with an average grade of 25 ounces per ton. Reported silver recovery rates ranged between 88% and 98%. Previous operators developed more than 10 kilometers of underground workings, although shafts and openings have since been sealed and secured. Historically, more than 500 million ounces of silver have been mined in the larger Cobalt Camp.

With the new, extremely high-grade drill results, Brixton Metals has significantly advanced exploration in the Shaft 6 area. LM-26-305 stands out as a record-breaking section and, together with other hits, provides new evidence of the continuity, thickness, and potential of the known silver zones at Langis.
