7. Final Provisions

1. GOLDINVEST is entitled at any time to discontinue, charge for, or modify offered services in whole or in part.

2. GOLDINVEST reserves the right to change or extend these terms of use (T) at any time without prior notice. The user agrees to the change unless they object via email within a period of 14 days. The changes will only come into effect after the user has been notified by email.

3. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. The application of UN sales law is excluded.

4. Should any of these provisions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by such valid regulations that largely achieve the intended economic and legal purpose.

5. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, insofar as the customer is a merchant as defined by the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
