Alexandre Boivin left the real estate industry in Montreal to search for gold in Colombia. Sebastian Wahl spent 15 years in South American mining. Together, they made a bet: The same geology that earned Aris Mining a value of $1.7 billion also extends to their property – literally right next door.

But first, they had to build a company. Secure the land. Raise the money. Assemble the team. And convince themselves that the bet would be worth it.

📍 THE LOCATION: The Segovia district in Antioquia, Colombia – one of the richest gold districts on earth. Aris Mining extracts over 300,000 ounces of gold annually with some of the highest grades worldwide.

Quimbaya Gold owns concessions that border this production. The fundamental question: Does the geology end at the property lines?
