Terra Balcanica Expands High-Grade Gold Mineralization at Brezani and Commences New Drilling Program

Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (CSE: TERA; FRA: UB10) is pleased to announce a significant expansion of gold mineralization at the Brezani target within the Viogor-Zanik project in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Recent results confirm that the project is developing into a significant exploration focus with considerable growth potential. Concurrently, Terra has launched the Phase III drilling program, targeting a large mineralized structure and marking the next milestone in Brezani’s development.

Drilling Results Highlight Potential

The new drillings consistently delivered encouraging results. Drillhole BRE23001 is particularly noteworthy, showing 72.3 meters at a grade of 0.27 g/t gold – including a 7.5-meter section at 0.62 g/t gold. These values confirm the continuity of mineralization and underscore the prospect of a large-scale, near-surface gold deposit.

Further drillings reinforce this picture: BRE23004 returned 11.8 meters at 0.62 g/t gold, including 6.65 meters at 1.03 g/t gold. Zinc and antimony sections were also identified, highlighting the versatility of the mineralized system.

With these results, the gold mineralization at the Brezani target has now been confirmed over 200 meters in a north-south direction. The near-surface occurrence offers a significant advantage for potentially cost-effective development.

Phase III: towards a Major Discovery

Immediately following the positive results, Terra has commenced the Phase III drilling program. The initial focus is on 2,100 meters of drilling, targeting a 1.2-kilometer-long conductive structure – a geophysical anomaly that offers significant potential for high-grade silver, antimony, and zinc mineralization.

Brezani is located just a few kilometers from the Sase Mine, which annually produces approximately 330,000 tonnes of concentrate containing lead, zinc, silver, and gold. This proximity to established mining infrastructure significantly increases the strategic value of the project.

With its latest successes, Terra Balcanica is taking another important step to develop Brezani into a key project in Southeast Europe. The company sees this as a unique opportunity to develop a large-volume and versatile deposit in a region with high economic potential. Initial results from Phase III are expected in autumn 2025 and could form the basis for the company’s next stage of growth.
