Company & Strategy
Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSX-V: FAIR, Frankfurt: Y4Y) is a Canadian-listed exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of gold and copper projects in North America. The company’s goal is to build a pipeline of high-quality metal resources through modern exploration technologies, targeted acquisitions and geoscientifically sound project development.
Fairchild’s strategic orientation is based on three pillars:
- Exploration in productive and established regions – Focus on Nevada and Ontario, where stable legal frameworks, good infrastructure and mining-friendly approval procedures exist.
- Technology-driven exploration – Use of drones, AI-supported data models and geophysical 3D analyses for efficient target definition.
- Experienced management team – The management combines decades of experience in exploration, project evaluation and capital market strategies with an international network of geologists, engineers and financial experts.
With the recent acquisition of the Golden Arrow Project and the ongoing exploration program on the Nevada Titan Project, Fairchild is strengthening its position as an emerging player in the North American gold and copper sector.
Market Environment: Copper and Gold in Transition
Copper – Key Driver of the Energy Transition
Copper remains an essential metal for the global energy transformation. It is needed in almost all future technologies – from electromobility to renewable energies and power grid infrastructure. The structural supply shortage in conjunction with increasing demand underscores the strategic importance of new copper discoveries in stable regions such as Nevada.
Gold – Stability in Uncertain Times
Gold maintains its role as a store of value and hedge against inflation and geopolitical uncertainty. Projects with cost-effective infrastructure and clear resource expansion, such as at Fairchild, offer attractive long-term opportunities for investors.
Location Advantages Nevada & Ontario
Both regions are among the world’s leading mining districts. They offer excellent accessibility, trained personnel and established approval procedures – central factors for efficient exploration and potential development.
Project Portfolio
Nevada Titan Project (Copper-Gold, Clark County, Nevada)
The Nevada Titan Project is Fairchild Gold Corp.’s flagship project and comprises 191 lode claims on approximately 22 km² near Goodsprings, only 55 km southwest of Las Vegas. The location in the Walker Lane Mineral Belt – a region with over 89 million oz of gold and 1 billion oz of silver production – offers geologically ideal conditions for new discoveries.
Geology and Deposit Type
The project area hosts a complex skarn and porphyry system with polymetallic potential. The mineralization is bound to NE–SW trending fault zones and occurs in granodiorite intrusions that cut through carbonate host rocks. Typical alterations – including dolomitization, silicification and secondary K-feldspar-biotite zones – indicate a strongly hydrothermally influenced system.

Historical Production
Between 1893 and 1957, metals worth US$25 million at the time were mined in the district (today over US$250 million), mainly zinc and lead, but also considerable amounts of copper, silver and gold. Many historical shafts and tunnels are still accessible today – a clear advantage for the exploration of remaining ore zones.
Exploration Results
Modern sampling and mapping in 2025 identified several high-grade copper-gold zones over a 1.5 km long mineralized corridor. Outstanding values include:
- Copperside Mine: up to 34.0% Cu, 1.27 g/t Au, 134 g/t Ag
- Fitzhugh Lee: 26.5% Cu, 0.45 g/t Au
- Azurite: 15.7% Cu, 1.33 g/t Au
- Other zones with over 150 g/t Ag
These results demonstrate a strongly pronounced, but lenticular mineralization, which suggests several high-grade ore structures.
New Discovery: Hydrothermal Breccia
A key result of the 2025 program was the discovery of a steeply dipping hydrothermal breccia pipe, which likely represents an ascent zone from a deeper porphyry system. Initial samples show elevated molybdenum content and skarn-like structures – indications of significant copper porphyry potential.
Next Steps
The current exploration program until Q2 2026 includes:
- High-resolution structural mapping and drone DEM
- Geochemical and XRF analyses
- 3D magnetic modeling
- IP measurements for chargeability analysis
- AI-based data integration for target prioritization
- Phase I drilling at the “Copper Hill Anomaly” target (planned for early 2026)
Fairchild sees potential here for several economically relevant copper-gold systems that have remained largely unexplored to date.
Golden Arrow Project (Gold-Silver, Nye County, Nevada)
On September 29, 2025, Fairchild announced the planned 100% acquisition of the Golden Arrow Project from Emergent Metals Corp. The project is located approximately 60 miles east of Kinross Gold’s Round Mountain Mine – one of the largest gold mines in North America.
Project Description and Resource Base
Golden Arrow comprises two main zones, Gold Coin and Hidden Hill, which together have a historical NI 43-101 compliant resource:
- Measured + indicated resources: 12.17 million tons with 0.024 oz/t Au and 0.33 oz/t Ag
→ 296,500 oz Au and 4.0 million oz Ag - Inferred resources: 3.79 million tons with 0.013 oz/t Au and 0.33 oz/t Ag
→ 50,400 oz Au and 1.25 million oz Ag
This estimate is based on 361 boreholes (over 200,000 feet RC + core drilling) and is considered to be of high quality. A revalidation is planned to update the resource to current market and price levels.
Geology and Potential
Golden Arrow is located on the western edge of the Kawich Caldera and shows typical epithermal gold-silver mineralization with structural controls. The project offers potential for bulk-tonnage deposits and higher-grade veins that have not yet been tested.
In addition, the project has approved environmental and operating plans (BLM Plan of Operations, Environmental Assessment) – a significant advantage for the rapid implementation of future drilling programs.
Transaction Details
- Purchase price: Combination of US$600,000 cash payment, 12.5 million shares and a secured note for US$3.5 million (8.5% interest, term of 5 years)
- NSR royalty: 0.5% with buyback option (up to 7 years)
- Exclusivity agreement: Emergent Metals undertakes not to conduct any parallel negotiations during the term
With this acquisition, Fairchild is expanding its portfolio to include an advanced gold-silver project with significant exploration reserve and immediate drilling readiness.

Fairchild Lake Project (Ontario, Canada)
The Fairchild Lake Project is located 250 km northwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario, and comprises 108 claim cells in the area of the Savant Lake Greenstone Belt. It is an early-stage gold project with geological parallels to successful discoveries in the Red Lake district.
Geophysical and geochemical work (including Prospectair Geosurveys 2020) confirmed anomalous gold values along the Kashaweogama Fault, a significant tectonic structure. This area offers long-term potential for structurally controlled gold mineralization.
