Fairchild Gold: Copper and gold exploration in the heart of Nevada

Fairchild Gold Corp

With two strategic projects in the Walker Lane Mineral Belt and a very promising exploration project in the Carlin Trend, Fairchild Gold Corp. is positioning itself as a growth-focused explorer in North America’s precious and base metals sector. Modern exploration technology, experienced management and a clear focus on Nevada form the foundation of the company’s strategy.

Positioned in one of North America’s most productive mining districts

North America’s gold and copper sector is undergoing a phase of structural revaluation. While gold continues to serve as a hedge against inflation, geopolitical risks and currency devaluation, copper is increasingly coming into focus as the energy transition accelerates. Electromobility, renewable energy and the expansion of global power grids are driving demand—while supply is becoming tighter at the same time.

In this market environment, exploration companies are gaining importance—especially those operating in stable jurisdictions, with existing infrastructure and a clear geological outlook. This is precisely where Fairchild Gold Corp. comes in.

The company is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V: FAIR) as well as in Frankfurt (Y4Y) and focuses on the acquisition and development of gold and copper projects in North America. The strategic emphasis is primarily on Nevada—a region that has stood for successful discoveries and mining-friendly conditions for decades.

Strategy: Technology, location quality and experience

Fairchild Gold pursues a clearly structured exploration strategy based on three core pillars:

1. Established mining regions
Rather than taking on political or infrastructure risks, Fairchild focuses on regions with effective permitting practices, a skilled workforce and historically proven mineralization. And Nevada Ontario ranks among the world’s most attractive mining jurisdictions.

2. Technology-driven exploration
The company uses modern tools—including drone surveying, geophysical 3D models, XRF analyses and AI-based data integration. The goal is more efficient target definition and more precise prioritization of drill targets.

3. Experienced management
The leadership team brings together decades of experience in exploration, project development and capital markets strategy. Particularly noteworthy is the technical expertise backed by world-class discovery credentials.

This combination provides the basis for systematic value creation along the exploration pipeline.

Core Region Nevada: The Walker Lane Mineral Belt

Fairchild’s focus is clearly on Nevada—a state that is regularly ranked among the best mining jurisdictions worldwide. Within Nevada, the company operates in the Walker Lane Mineral Belt, a geologically highly productive structure with historical production of more than 89 million ounces of gold and over 1 billion ounces of silver.

Well-known deposits such as Round Mountain or the Robinson Mine underscore the potential of this region. Fairchild’s projects are located directly within this setting—with direct access to infrastructure, power, roads and labor.

Nevada Titan Project: Copper-gold potential at depth

The Nevada Titan Project is Fairchild Gold’s flagship. It comprises 191 lode claims covering an area of approximately 22 km² near Goodsprings, only about 55 kilometers southwest of Las Vegas.

Geological setting

The project area hosts a complex skarn and porphyry system with a polymetallic character. Mineralization is tied to northeast–southwest trending fault zones and occurs in granodiorite intrusions that cut through carbonate host rocks. Typical alterations such as dolomitization, silicification and potassium feldspar–biotite zones indicate a strong hydrothermal system.

Historical production and modern results

Between 1893 and 1957, metals with a then value of around US$25 million were produced in the district—more than US$250 million in inflation-adjusted terms. Numerous historic shafts and adits remain intact to this day and provide valuable indications of remaining ore zones

In its 2025 exploration program, Fairchild identified several high-grade copper-gold zones along a mineralized corridor about 1.5 kilometers long. Standout samples include:

  • Copperside Mine: up to 34.0% Cu, 1.27 g/t Au, 134 g/t Ag
  • Fitzhugh Lee: 26.5% Cu, 0.45 g/t Au
  • Azurite: 15.7% Cu, 1.33 g/t Au

These results point to lens-shaped but high-grade mineralization with multiple parallel ore structures.

New Discovery: Hydrothermal Breccia

A key breakthrough was the discovery of a steeply dipping hydrothermal breccia pipe, interpreted as a possible feeder zone to a deeper porphyry system. Elevated molybdenum values and skarn-like textures support this model.

For Fairchild, this opens up the prospect of a large-scale copper-gold system that has not yet been systematically drilled.

Next Steps

Plans include, among other things:

  • High-resolution structural mapping and drone DEM
  • Geochemical and XRF analyses
  • 3D magnetic and IP surveys
  • AI-supported data integration
  • Phase I drilling on the “Copper Hill Anomaly” target

Golden Arrow Project: Advanced gold-silver asset

With the planned 100% acquisition of the Golden Arrow Project, Fairchild is expanding its portfolio with an advanced gold-silver project in Nye County, Nevada. The project is located about 60 miles east of the Round Mountain Mine, one of the largest gold mines in North America.

Golden Arrow has a historical NI 43-101-compliant resource totaling:

  • 296,500 ounces of gold and 4.0 million ounces of silver (Measured & Indicated)
  • 50,400 ounces of gold and 1.25 million ounces of silver (Inferred)

The resource is based on 361 drill holes with more than 200,000 feet of drilling and is considered high quality. An update and re-evaluation are planned to align it with current market conditions.

A significant advantage: approved environmental and operating plans are already in place for the project, which could materially accelerate future development programs.

Carlin Queen: Location, Location, Location

Last but not least in Fairchild’s portfolio is the Carlin Queen gold and silver project, located in the Carlin Trend – one of the world’s richest gold-mining districts of all time – and right between the Hollister and the Midas gold mines, two of the five highest grading goldmines in the world!

Both of these past producers are now owned by silver producer Hecla Mining and Hecla has recently talked about reopening them because of the resurgence in the price of both gold and silver – and according to Fairchild’s Executive Chairman Nikolas Perrault in a recent interview with Goldinvest.de the company has “some of the best exploration ground between these two mines which are very, very unique and high-grade”! In addition, Hecla has had some great exploration success right next to Carlin Queen just recently, a discovery called Green Racer. So, according to Mr. Perrault, Fairchild has some of the prime ground between Midas and Hollister to explore.

Management: Geology meets capital markets experience

Fairchild Gold’s management combines technical excellence with capital markets experience. CEO Luís Martins brings more than 30 years of experience in exploration, government minerals policy and international project coordination.

With Dr. Sergei Diakov, the discoverer of the world-class Oyu Tolgoi deposit, the company has outstanding geological expertise. The team is complemented by finance and technical specialists with experience at international mining groups and junior explorers.

Outlook and context

Fairchild Gold is in a decisive growth phase. While the Nevada Titan Project offers potential for new copper-gold discoveries, Golden Arrow provides a solid resource base with near-term drill readiness and production potential as well, where as Carlin Queen provides the company with prime exploration ground.

The combination of high-grade zones, large-scale porphyry potential, modern exploration technology and a top-tier jurisdiction makes Fairchild a typical but well-positioned representative of the next generation of explorers in Nevada.

Conclusion

Fairchild Gold is pursuing a clear, compelling strategy: building a high-value copper-gold portfolio in one of the safest and most productive mining regions in the world. With three complementary projects in Nevada, an experienced management team and a technology-driven exploration approach, the company offers a fundamentals-based growth story for investors focused on the long-term metals cycle.
