Sitka Gold – Update On The 15k Meters Drilling Program At RC Gold Project, Yukon
Mike Burke, Director and VP of Corporate Development at Sitka Gold (TSX.V:SIG – OTCQB:SITKF – FRE:1RF) joins me to recap the results from the ongoing 15,000 meter drill program at the RC Gold Project, in the Yukon, and recent financings raising over $8.8million since early August.
The discussion covers the initial round of drill results released from the ongoing program, including 290 meters of 1.1 grams per ton gold, and 105 meters of 1.68 g/t gold. The focus is on resource expansion at the Blackjack deposit. We also touch on deep drilling efforts with a hole reaching 680 meters, highlighting the potential for further resource expansion.
Apart from drilling, we discuss financial strategies, including the management of new funds raised and plans for future exploration. Mike provides insights into where the company sees the best potential for resource expansion and the company’s strategies moving forward. As results from assays start to trickle in, Sitka Gold anticipates a steady news flow up until Christmas.
