{kanada_flagge}NV Gold Corporation (TSXV: NVX; OTCQB: NVLGF; FRA: 8NV) has received exploration approval, including permission to drill, for its Triple T Gold Project in Pershing County, Nevada (“Triple T”). This allows the Company to follow up on previous work done in 2009. The Triple T permit includes 10 additional reverse circulation (RC) wells. Drill sites are expected to be prepared by the end of this month.
Triple T consists of 41 claims and is located in the Humboldt Range 9 kilometers (5.6 miles) east of the Rochester silver-gold operation and 42 kilometers (26.1 miles) southeast of the Florida Canyon gold mine (see Figure 1). Formerly called Fisher Canyon, the Triple T was first drilled by Evolving Gold in 2007 and became NV Gold’s main exploration property after the company was incorporated in 2009. 2009 was the last time the project was drilled.
Previous exploration and drilling campaigns have identified two main zones of gold mineralization, the “South Area” and the “North Area”. A third zone of gold anomalies in rock chips, known as the “Next Target”, has never been drilled. In June 2021, the Company signed a lease for a 100% interest in Triple T completed. The “Next” area will likely not be drilled on the upcoming round. Additional surface reconnaissance is needed to position drill sites in this steep area The company needs to do more detailed mapping and interpretation before we can site those holes to minimize disturbance. The upcoming program will add more understanding of the nearby geology in three dimensions, which will assist the work at the “Next target”.
NV Gold intends to re-evaluate the near-surface oxide gold potential with gold grades up to 11.7 g/t Au from rock chip samples and open drill intercepts of 32 meters @ 0.73 g/t Au (Evolving Gold in 2007) and 16.8 meters @ 1.345 g/t Au (NV Gold in 2009) using 3-D leapfrog models.
Thomas Klein, VP Exploration, stated, “I am very pleased that we have received approval to drill NV Gold’s Triple T gold project located on the southeast end of the Humboldt Range in Pershing County, Nevada. Triple T is one of three promising licenses the company acquired last year. The project has multi-gram gold values up to 11.7 g/t Au from rock chip samples, and the remaining open gold intercepts from historical drilling in excess of 1.0 g/t Au were compelling enough to bring the project back into NV Gold’s exploration portfolio.”

Summary: NV Gold has an extensive portfolio of prospective gold projects in Nevada. NV Gold’s senior geologist, Thomas Klein, is a native of Germany. He worked for Newmont in exploration for 19 years. Klein lives in Elko, Nevada, and is intimately familiar with a variety of Nevada gold projects and their histories.
