MACD indicator buy signal still fully intact

The share price of Canadian explorer Core Assets Corp. (CSE: CC; FRA: 5RJ; OTC.QB: CCOOF) has been moving downwards below the blue downward trend line since its high in July, losing a good half of its value in the process. The double bottom in September and October initiated the turnaround – after several unsuccessful attempts, the share price managed to break the trend line around two weeks ago. In the last few days, following the successful back test from above, it also managed to overcome the two average lines.

Both average lines are falling only minimally – which can almost be seen as neutral.

The MACD indicator succeeded in generating a technical buy signal at the turn of the month (blue line crosses red line upwards), which is still fully intact. The DMI (Directional Movement Index) also looks positive: the rising share price is reflected here by the rise of the green line and also by the fall of the red line – in addition, the rising blue line indicates the increasing strength of the price movement. The trend confirmator has also been in positive territory above the neutral 100 since October. The Chaikin Money Flow Indicator has been showing an inflow of capital into the share since October (with two brief exceptions) due to the trend in the green zone.

Share price chart with moving averages (100/200 days), volume indicator, MACD, DMI and Chaikin Money Flow indicators. Highlighting successful backtest at 0.15.
