Quiulacocha Tailings 40-Hole Drilling Campaign
We are pleased to announce that Cerro de Pasco Resources Inc. (CSE: CDPR; OTCPK: GPPRF; FRA: N8HP) is making significant progress with our 40-hole drilling campaign on the Quiulacocha Tailings Project. The first batch of drill samples has been safely transported to Lima for geochemical analysis. The initial results, expected shortly, will reveal metal concentrations and include, for the first time, sampling at foundation depth using geochemical 60-element tests.
To support our drilling program, we are excited to introduce a sonic drilling rig that provides continuous, high-quality samples with minimal disturbance and without water consumption, reducing environmental impact, improving resource recovery, and enhancing data quality.
We remain on track to complete the 40-hole campaign during this dry season, which lasts until the end of October, and we are confident that we will achieve our goal!
In the upcoming phase, samples will be stored in freezer containers and transported to Lima to prevent oxidation and preserve microstructure integrity, as well as to avoid laboratory delays and maintain momentum.
Upon arrival in Lima, the samples will be dried and analyzed at the Inspectorate Services Lab (Bureau Veritas). Once the geochemical and mineralogical tests are completed, selected samples will be blended into representative composite samples and sent to Bureau Veritas Antofagasta (Chile) for further metallurgical studies.
In the meantime, CDPR has successfully completed Phase 1 of our geophysical studies covering the dry area of the Quiulacocha Tailings, yielding exciting results: Depth measurements range from 20 to over 40 meters in certain areas.

Our goal is to collect over 1,000 samples to gain a detailed overview of the project’s potential. We look forward to keeping you updated on the progress!
