Element 29 Resources Inc. (E29) ist ein neues Kupferunternehmen mit einem sehr erfahrenen Managementteam und Vorstand. Beide Projekte wurden durch Bohrungen erprobt, mit konsistenten und kontinuierlichen Abschnitten von 200 bis 500 Metern mit wirtschaftlichen Gehalten und ohne schädliche Elemente.
Zu den Unternehmenszielen von E29 gehören die Entwicklung eines großen, wirtschaftlich rentablen Kupferportfolios und die Evaluierung von kostengünstigen, kurzfristigen Kupferproduktionsmöglichkeiten bei Flor de Cobre, das sich im zweitgrößten Kupferproduktionsgebiet der Welt im Süden Perus befindet.
E29 hat einen klaren Dreijahresplan zur Wertschöpfung durch die Lieferung von National Instrument 43-101-konformen Ressourcenschätzungen für Elida und Flor de Cobre, gefolgt von technischen Studien für beide Liegenschaften.
Brian R. Booth, P. Geo.
President, CEO and Executive Director
Brian brings more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration throughout Canada, Europe and southeast Asia. Brian was previously CEO and Board Member of Pembrook Copper Corp., where he developed the copper resource at Pecoy in Peru. He also served as the CEO, President and Director of Lake Shore Gold Corp., where he completed an acquisition of the Bell Creek mine and mill and led the team that discovered the Timmins West, Thunder Creek and Bell Creek deep deposits. Brian began his career as a geologist on the Casa Berardi gold discoveries in Quebec. He opened Inco's exploration office in Val d'Or, Quebec and is credited with the discovery of the Douay West gold deposit in 1990 and was subsequently appointed to the board of Societe D'Exploration Miniere Vior Inc. In 1994, as Inco's Manager Exploration, Eastern North America, he conducted the preliminary assessment of the Voisey's Bay Ni-Cu-Co discovery. Brian later managed Inco's exploration office in Jakarta and was involved, through a JV with Highlands Gold, in the discovery of the Beutong copper porphyry in Sumatra. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from McGill University and is also a member of the Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. Brian is also a director of SSR Mining Inc. and GFG Resources Inc.
Richard Osmond, P. Geo.
Mr. Osmond has over 25 years of experience in the mining sector including experience with INCO (VBNC), Falconbridge and Anglo American. He was involved in exploration discoveries at Vale's Voisey's Bay deposit and Glencore's Raglan mine. He was later hired as a senior technical leader with Anglo American responsible for North America and Europe focused on Ni exploration in northern Canada, Alaska and Scandinavia as well as IOCG and porphyry Cu-Mo exploration in Mexico and Alaska. Mr. Osmond is currently the President of GlobeTrotters Resource Group Inc.
Michael Dogget, PhD.
Mr. Doggett is a mineral economist with 35 years of experience in project evaluation, taxation, royalties, and exploration, in addition to publishing and training. Mr. Doggett is the founder of El Olivar Imperial, a private Peruvian mineral processing company. He has served on numerous listed companies and non-profit boards. He served as Director of the Mineral Exploration Program at Queen’s University, Canada where he is currently an adjunct professor. He has received numerous industry awards and recognition from The Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, The Society of Economic Geologists, and the the Society of Mining Metallurgy and Exploration.
Patrick Elliott, MSc., MBA
Mr. Elliott is an accomplished economic geologist with a M.Sc. in Mineral Economics and a MBA in Mining Finance from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia. He is currently President & CEO of Lexore Capital Corp, and President & CEO of Forte Copper Corp., a private Peruvian copper company. Mr. Elliott completed his undergraduate B.Sc.Geology degree at the University of Western Ontario and has spent over 10 years in copper and gold exploration in South America and the US.
Peter Espig, MBA
Mr. Espig currently serves as the CEO of Nicola Mining Inc. He is a founder of TriAsia Capital, a private equity and consulting firm. Peter was a Director of Starbulk Carriers, dry shipping company, and has worked for Goldman Sachs and Olympus Capital Asia focused on private equity and pre-IPO financings. Mr. Espig was a Chazen International Scholar at Columbia University (MBA).
Duane Lo, CPA (CA)
Duane is a financial executive in the mining industry with 20 years of experience in financing, business development, management and administration of mining operations and development projects in multiple jurisdictions including USA, Africa, Brazil, Mongolia. Currently, Duane is the Chief Financial Officer of Ridgeline Minerals Corp., Entrée Resources Ltd and recently was the CFO of Mason Resources Corp, which was sold to Hudbay Minerals. He also worked for Luna Gold, First Quantum, and Deloitte. Duane holds a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
Paul Johnston, PhD., P.Geo.
Vice President, Exploration
Dr. Johnston has worked in the exploration and mining industry for 30 years, devoting much of his career to exploration and development of porphyry copper and epithermal gold deposits. Most recently, he was Chief Geologist for Globetrotters Resource Group Inc. focused on generating and advancing copper and gold prospects in Peru. He began his career as a mine geologist at the Hemlo gold deposit with Noranda. In 1996, he joined the exploration group at Teck Resources and accumulated extensive international experience in early to advanced stage exploration through a variety of technical and management roles in Southeast Asia, Australia, North America, and South America, including Regional Chief Geoscientist for South America. Paul is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia and holds a PhD from Queen’s University. He is currently an independent director of Nicola Mining Inc.
