Announces Acquisition of Gold Road Mine in Arizona"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Gold Road Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the fully permitted<br\/>Gold Road Mine, located in the historic Oatman District of Arizona, USA. The Company plans to<br\/>restart activities immediately in order to capitalize on the current strong gold price environment.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The Gold Road Mine features a modern processing plant, robust infrastructure and developed<br\/>underground mine, requiring an estimated US$2 million in capital expenditures to resume<br\/>operations. The mine remains in excellent condition, positioning the project for a swift and efficient<br\/>restart.
