Company Strategy
Parkway Corporate Limited (ASX: PWN; FSE: 4IP) is an Australian technology company specializing in innovative solutions for industrial water and wastewater treatment. The company understands water not only as a resource, but as a strategic factor for sustainable business. Parkway develops and supplies advanced process solutions that help customers extract, treat, store, use and recycle water more efficiently.
The core of the corporate strategy lies in the combination of technology development and industrial implementation. Parkway acts as both a technology provider and a system integrator, supporting customers throughout the entire life cycle of water treatment plants – from laboratory analysis to operation.
Through continuous research and development and the integration of product platforms, services and engineering expertise, Parkway creates scalable solutions for industries with particularly high demands on water quality and process reliability – including mining, energy, chemicals and manufacturing.
The goal is to take on a leading role in the long term as a provider of sustainable industrial water solutions – both in Australia and internationally.
Market Environment
Industrial Water and Wastewater Treatment as a Future Market
The need for efficient water solutions is growing worldwide – especially in the industrial environment. In many regions, the safe and sustainable supply of water is in direct competition with agricultural use or ecological requirements.
Australia is one of the industrialized countries most affected by water scarcity. In particular, the mining and energy sectors rely on specialized processes for wastewater treatment and the recovery of valuable substances. This is where Parkway comes in with innovative processes for brine treatment technology and modular integrated water treatment systems.
In addition, the issue of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) is becoming increasingly important. Companies are under increasing pressure to reduce their water consumption, increase recycling rates and minimize pollutant emissions. Parkway is positioning itself here with solutions that combine ecological responsibility and economic efficiency.
Project Portfolio
Parkway has a diversified portfolio of products, services and technology platforms that together form an integrated value proposition.
Queensland Brine Solutions (QBS)
The subsidiary Queensland Brine Solutions (QBS) is the technological heart of Parkway. QBS is working on the commercialization of innovative processes for the treatment and utilization of industrial brine solutions (“brines”) – one of the biggest challenges in water treatment, especially in the energy and mining industries.
The developments at QBS aim to economically treat highly concentrated saline solutions and recover valuable materials instead of disposing of them as waste. This concept combines sustainability with economic benefits and offers potential for global applications in industries such as lithium extraction, oil and gas production and chemical processing.

Integrated Water Treatment Systems
Parkway supplies modular, fully automated water treatment systems that cover all process stages from pretreatment to filtration and disinfection. The portfolio ranges from compact laboratory solutions to large-scale plants for industrial applications.
These systems combine proven technologies (e.g. membrane filtration, chemical treatment) with digital process control and sensor technology. The modular design enables adaptation to a wide range of industry requirements and supports gradual scaling as part of growing industrial projects.
Engineering and Services
Parkway offers a broad range of services across the entire project cycle:
- Analytical tests: Precise water analyses as the basis for process decisions.
- Project evaluation: Systematic analysis of potential locations and processes.
- Process development: Optimization of industrial water and wastewater processes.
- Project engineering: Detailed technical planning and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED).
- Manufacturing and installation: Specialized workshop manufacturing, assembly and project management.
- Operation maintenance: Ensuring efficient and trouble-free plant performance.

Product Portfolio
Parkway is also an Australian distributor of leading international brands in the field of water technology and offers over 2,000 products from various categories – including:
- Analytical instruments and laboratory equipment
- Pumps, tanks and valves
- Filters, membranes and chemicals
- Control and automation technology
This gives the company a fully integrated offering that supports both its own projects and external customer applications.
Financial Position and Outlook
In fiscal year 2025, Parkway achieved the crucial turnaround: After a loss of AUD 0.73 million in the previous year, the company achieved a net profit of AUD 0.02 million for the first time – with a revenue increase to AUD 15.14 million (previous year: AUD 8.90 million).
This growth was driven by the dynamic development of the industrial business unit and by new contracts in the technology and service sector. In June 2025 alone, contracts worth over AUD 13.5 million were concluded; an additional AUD 3 million are in advanced negotiations.
With an expected research refund of around AUD 0.9 million and a robust cash position, Parkway is well financed to implement the next expansion steps.
CEO Bahay Ozcakmak emphasized that the industrial business in particular enables the necessary scaling to operate the technology platform profitably in the long term. The next quarters are expected to be characterized by a stronger integration of the industrial and technology segments as well as the gradual commercialization of the QBS platform.

The company benefits from the growing global demand for sustainable water solutions and is positioning itself as an integrated provider across the entire value chain – from research to industrial implementation.
In particular, the progress at Queensland Brine Solutions and the solid financial base offer potential for further growth and margin improvement. If Parkway scales its technology platform as planned and successfully implements the pipeline of industrial projects, the company could become one of the relevant Australian small caps in the field of industrial water and wastewater technologies – a market with long-term structural tailwind.
