Company & Strategy
Juggernaut Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: JUGR | OTCQB: JUGRF | FSE: 4JE) is a Canadian exploration company based in Vancouver, focused on the discovery and development of new high-grade gold, silver, and copper deposits in Northwest British Columbia.
The company pursues a “Discovery-First” approach: The goal is the systematic identification, advancement, and de-risking of high-value exploration targets to position them for partnerships or later in-house development.
Juggernaut distinguishes itself from many competitors through a conservative capital structure (approximately 31 million CAD market capitalization, no debt) and long-term secured financing. With a fully owned portfolio, modern geophysical methodology, and highly qualified geological expertise, the company aims to be among Canada’s leading new generation of explorers in the current phase of the mining sector.
Market Environment
Golden Triangle – Canada’s Hotspot for Precious and Base Metals
The Golden Triangle region in British Columbia is one of the most productive mining areas worldwide. Historic and active deposits such as Galore Creek, KSM, Brucejack, or Schaft Creek demonstrate the enormous potential of the area. The ongoing glacial melt increasingly exposes new mineralized bedrock, creating a rare opportunity to access previously unexplored geological structures.
Furthermore, the region’s infrastructure is constantly improving: The Canadian government is investing 20 million CAD in the expansion of the Galore Creek Road, which will make the Big One project more accessible in the future. The location also benefits from a stable legal framework, local support – particularly from the Tahltan First Nation – and attractive tax incentives such as the Critical Mineral Exploration Tax Credit (CMETC).
Metal Prices and Exploration Dynamics
The global demand for gold as a store of value, silver as an industrial metal, and copper as a key raw material for the energy transition creates a favorable macroeconomic environment. Projects with high-grade depth and potential for polymetallic systems currently attract strong investor interest, especially in geopolitically stable jurisdictions like Canada.
Project Portfolio
Juggernaut Exploration controls three 100% owned projects in the Northwest British Columbia region: Big One, Midas, and Bingo. Together, they cover different geological models – from large-scale porphyry gold-copper systems to high-grade, structurally controlled precious metal veins.

Location and Potential
The Big One project covers 36,989 hectares in the heart of the Golden Triangle. Approximately 95% of the area remains unexplored to date – an exceptional exploration potential. Strong geochemical anomalies, extensive propylitic alteration, and porphyry-style mineralization indicate a large-scale gold-copper system.

Eldorado System and “Highway of Gold”
At the center of the project lies the newly identified Eldorado System, an approximately 22 km² mineralized area with over 500 veins and shear zones – open in all directions and potentially fed by a deeper porphyry source.
As part of the latest exploration campaigns (2024/2025), four high-grade, drill-ready zones have been delineated:
Gold Dome Zone
- Area: ~3 km × 1.5 km, vertical extent ~600 m
- Grab samples up to 256.60 g/t Au, channel samples up to 5.45 g/t Au over 2.77 m
- 24% of all 191 samples were above 1 g/t Au
This zone features extensive gold-rich shear zones and veins containing heavily mineralized sulfides (galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, pyrite).
Gold Swarm Zone
- Area: ~1 km², vertical extent ~440 m
- Grab samples up to 226.94 g/t Au, channel samples up to 4.02 g/t Au over 4.36 m
- 61% of 44 samples > 1 g/t Au
This zone was only recently exposed by melting glaciers and shows dense clusters of shear and quartz veins with massive sulfide mineralization.
Big Mac Zone
- Area: ~1 km²
- Channel samples up to 47.18 g/t Au over 0.47 m, grab samples up to 111.35 g/t Au
- 54% of 26 samples > 1 g/t Au
Structurally controlled veins up to 10 m wide over several hundred meters show strong gold mineralization with visible sulfides.
Whopper Zone
- Area: ~2 km × 2 km
- Channel samples up to 39.84 g/t Au over 0.5 m, average intercept 6.71 g/t Au over 3.06 m
- 20% of 158 samples > 1 g/t Au
Multiple shear zones up to 50 m wide with massive sulfides (galena, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, pyrite) form drill-ready targets with significant depth potential.
Geochemical pathfinder elements such as antimony, tungsten, tellurium, molybdenum, and bismuth coincide with geophysical anomalies – indicating a deeper porphyry system.
Infrastructure and Access
The project is located just a few kilometers from the Galore Creek Road and the Scud River Airstrip. Access is year-round by helicopter; a drilling permit application (“Notice of Work”) has already been submitted to the provincial government.
Juggernaut plans to further develop the project as part of a fully funded Inaugural Drill Program.
Midas Property (100% Controlled)
The Midas project extends over 20,803 hectares and hosts a VHMS (Volcanogenic Hosted Massive Sulfide) system which resembles the well-known Eskay Creek deposit.
The focus is on the Kokomo Zone, where several drill holes yielded significant polymetallic intercepts:
- MD-24-47: 8.27 g/t AuEq over 11.03 m (6.21 g/t Au, 99.63 g/t Ag, 0.42% Cu, 1.08% Zn)
- MD-18-08: 6.85 g/t Au over 9.0 m
- MD-23-34: 1.56 g/t AuEq over 5 m
- MD-23-36: 1.41 g/t AuEq over 3 m
These results confirm high-grade, volcanogenic-formed mineralizations that remain open to the north. The alteration patterns and geochemical signatures resemble those of other significant discoveries in the Golden Triangle, making the exploration prospects appear extremely promising.

Bingo Property (100% Controlled)
The Bingo project covers 1,008 hectares in a geologically favorable environment. A 700 m × 400 m zone shows strong sulfide mineralization.
An outstanding drill result:
11.42 g/t AuEq over 5.11 m (7.57 g/t Au, 20.23 g/t Ag, 2.72% Cu).
The intense K-feldspar alteration in the northeast of the property indicates proximity to a potential porphyry source – a potential “feeder” for the high-grade mineralization.

Outlook
With three fully controlled projects and solid financing, Juggernaut Exploration is well-positioned to initiate the next phase of value creation. The main focus is on the Big One project, which, through its combination of surface discoveries, structural coherence, and favorable geochemistry, already ranks among the most promising new discoveries in the Golden Triangle.
The planned drilling campaign will aim to systematically test the near-surface high-grade zones and confirm indications of a larger porphyry system. In parallel, data integration from LiDAR, UAV, and geophysical surveys will further refine 3D modeling and drill planning.
Management plans to continue exploration using ESG-compliant procedures and to expand cooperation with the Tahltan First Nation – a crucial factor for long-term social acceptance and project development.
