Sitka Gold Corp. (TSX-V:SIG, FSE:1RF, OTCQB:SITKF) has immediately observed multiple occurrences of visible gold near the surface in the first six drill holes completed by the company in the so-called Contact Zone on the Clear Creek Intrusive Complex at the RC Gold Project in Yukon. As the company reports, these are the largest particles of visible gold that Sitka geologists have found on the entire project to date. The Contact-Pukelman Zone is located approximately halfway between the known Blackjack targets to the north and Rhosgobel to the south. Of a total of 5,000 m of planned drilling in the Contact Zone, 2,172 m have currently been completed. These drillings have already proven mineralization along a strike of approximately 900 m and to a depth of approximately 430 m below the surface. Sitka’s drilling in the Contact Zone is the first drilling since 2010/2011. At that time, historical intercepts of 38.3 m grading 1.54 g/t gold, 74.3 m grading 1.01 g/t gold, and 43.4 m grading 1.20 g/t gold were found in the Contact Zone in drill holes CC11-043, 044, 045, and 10.7 m grading 20.46 g/t gold in CC10-22, respectively.
Visible Gold in Five out of Five Drilled Intrusive Targets
Including these latest drillings in the Contact Zone, Sitka has now found visible gold in the drill cores of all targets drilled so far this year in the Clear Creek Intrusive Complex, including the Blackjack, Saddle, Eiger, and Rhosgobel targets. In total, more than 25,000 meters of drilling have already been completed this year at the RC Gold Project, with a focus on expanding the Blackjack and Eiger deposits. Furthermore, Sitka aims to expand the mineralized area of the Saddle Zone and explore the potential of the new Rhosgobel, Contact-Pukelman, and Bear Paw targets for additional intrusion-related gold deposits. Currently, four drill rigs are operating at the project: two at Pukelman, one at Rhosgobel, and one at Bear Paw, where drilling recently commenced. Results for all drill holes at Contact-Pukelman, as well as for drill holes at Blackjack, Saddle, Eiger, Rhosgobel, and Bear Paw, are currently pending. In total, results for 52 drill holes are still pending.
Cor Coe, CEO and Director of Sitka Gold, commented. “The Contact Zone is now the fifth target Sitka Gold has drilled in 2025 that exhibits multiple occurrences of visible gold within the core of the Clear Creek Intrusive Complex. The widespread and robust gold mineralization intersected in our drilling in this area continues to demonstrate that the RC Gold Project is a unique gold camp with multiple intrusions that have the potential for several multi-million ounce gold deposits within this relatively small 3 by 5 kilometer core area. With an existing multi-million ounce gold resource that can still be expanded, and numerous other high-quality targets within the 431 square kilometer land package, RC Gold is rapidly developing into the foundation of a potential new mining district in the Yukon.”

In recent drilling in the Contact Zone, VG was intersected in all six drill holes completed so far this year, including the largest VG particles observed in drill cores on the property to date (scale is the same for all images).

Conclusion
Sitka Gold’s record drilling program this year is running like clockwork. More than 25,000 m of the planned 30,000 m of drilling have already been completed. Laboratory analyses for 52 drill holes are still pending. While awaiting the release of results, geologists can only rely on observing “visible gold” for preliminary conclusions about drilling success, with “visible gold” proving to be a reliable guide at the Clear Creek Intrusive Complex. The results this season are impressive: visible gold has been found in five out of five drilled intrusive targets. In the six drill cores from the so-called Contact-Pukelman Zone, the largest gold particles ever seen on the project were also identified. This may not be entirely surprising, as the Contact Zone was already drilled in 2010 and 2011 with 1,660 meters in 12 reverse circulation drill holes and 254 meters in 2 diamond drill holes. Even then, significant mineralization was discovered in quartz veins within metasedimentary rock up to 450 meters south of the Pukelman intrusion. The highest-grade historical intercept at that time yielded 10.7 m grading 20.46 g/t gold in drill hole CC10-22. Such high gold grades are not known from any other intrusive targets at Clear Creek to date.
