Prismo Metals (WKN A2QEGD / CSE PRIZ) presents the results of new surface samples from the Black Diamond target and the Crown porphyry intrusion target on the Silver King project. The samples were taken as rock chip samples along outcrops and historical adit areas.
Significant copper mineralization was detected at the Black Diamond target. Several samples yielded copper grades of over 1% Cu, including two samples with over 5% Cu. For example, one sample from a historical adit (“adit 3”) yielded 5.56% copper with approximately 1.08 g/t gold, and another sample from “adit 1” yielded 6.02% copper with elevated silver content. According to the company’s table, gold in the Black Diamond samples mostly occurs in anomalous, but predominantly low, grades.
The Crown target shows a different geochemical pattern. Here, elevated lead and zinc contents are measured in many samples, accompanied by silver values and relatively low copper and gold contents. Two samples from stockwork veins are particularly highlighted, showing gold contents of 4.06 g/t and 5.19 g/t, respectively, as well as elevated silver values (up to 46.44 g/t Ag). Prismo Metals sees this mineralization in the stockwork veins as a reason to further intensify work in this area.
According to company information, the recorded structures partially continue towards the nearby historical Magma mine. The Silver King project is located in a traditional mining area and borders known polymetallic structures.
Geophysics: IP measurements define new targets for Silver King
In addition to the geochemical samples, Prismo Metals reports on the completion of an initial phase of its IP (Induced Polarization) program at Silver King. The measurements were designed as a gradient array survey and aim to record resistivity and chargeability signals at a depth of approximately 300 meters.
The resistivity evaluation shows low-resistivity zones in connection with the Black Diamond mineralization body as well as with stratigraphically controlled copper replacement horizons that continue towards the Magma mine. Another, approximately east-west striking resistivity anomaly in the central part of the property coincides with an interpreted structure that, in the company’s assessment, could both control the Black Diamond mineralization and be important for the formation of the Silver King deposit.
This structure is compared to the Magma vein, the main structure of the high-grade Magma mine, and is classified by Prismo Metals as a priority exploration target.
Several anomalies appear on the chargeability map, which the company predominantly interprets as an expression of finely distributed sulfides – especially pyrite. The aforementioned stockwork intrusion in the Crown area is linked to one of these charge anomalies and is described as a target with characteristics of a porphyry system in higher structural levels. A second, similar anomaly occurs southwest in an area that is overlain on the surface by predominantly low-mineralized quartz diorite and, according to the company, could indicate a “blind” porphyry body.
Based on these results, Prismo Metals plans a subsequent pole-dipole IP campaign in December to more precisely resolve the identified anomalies from shallow to greater depths along profiles and thereby refine the drill target definition.
Drill planning, permits and financing at Prismo Metals
Prismo Metals emphasizes that the short-term focus is on an already financed drilling program in the historical Silver King mining area. A drilling scope of at least approximately 1,000 meters is planned. According to CEO Alain Lambert, the aim is to test the upper half of the steeply dipping, pipe-shaped mineralized body of the historical Silver King deposit, as well as to test possible mineralization near the dense stockwork area that was formerly at the center of mining.
At the same time, the company is working on the permitting side. According to Prismo Metals, the US Forest Service, responsible as the state land administrator for Silver King, has determined that the submitted drilling plan meets the regulatory requirements and is considered complete.
In the next step, the Forest Service will conduct an environmental assessment under NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act). This is to be done within the framework of a “Categorical Exclusion” – the lowest level of environmental assessments, which is applied to projects from which no significant impacts on the environment are expected. In this context, Prismo Metals points to constructive cooperation with the authorities.
According to its own statements, the company has also made further progress financially. As part of a non-brokered private placement of units at CAD 0.10 per unit, a second, increased tranche was completed. Instead of the originally announced 1,250,000 units, 1,650,000 units were issued, generating gross proceeds of CAD 165,000. Prismo Metals had already reported a first tranche with gross proceeds of CAD 1,745,000 on November 12, 2025. Overall, the placement volume thus amounts to CAD 1,910,000.
Prismo Metals intends to use the new funds to advance the planned drilling campaign on the Silver King project as well as further exploration work on the aforementioned targets Black Diamond and Crown.
