The stock price of the Canadian gold and silver explorer Juggernaut Exploration (WKN A2PTXU / TSXV JUGR)
has been moving within a blue downward trend channel since August, halving its value during this time. After a massive double bottom in mid-January, it managed to jump upwards with immense trading volumes to the 100-day line – sustainably leaving the trend channel behind. Shortly after, it was able to reach the one Canadian dollar mark and also overcome the 200-day line – the subsequent sideways consolidation took place over several weeks between the two average lines. The short-term low point at the beginning of April confirmed the violet upward trend line, which has been intact since January. Currently, the 200-day line has once again been surpassed.
The 100-day line has been rising again since the beginning of April (and is likely to approach the 200-day line during May), while the 200-day line has almost finished its falling movement.
The MACD indicator signaled a buy signal at the beginning of the second week of April (the blue line crossed above the red line). The trend confirmer has now also managed to jump back into positive territory above 100. In the Chaikin Money Flow, which indicates cash flow, the outflow tendency has steadily decreased since the beginning of March (movement in the red zone with less extension) – for the past few days, the indicator has been signaling capital inflow into the stock again (first movement into the green zone). The Money Flow Index (volume-weighted Relative Strength RSI) recently still hovered near a value considered oversold (30-40), is currently at 50 and is thus to be assessed as neutral.
