At its Drayton Black Lake project, Canadian Heritage Mining (CSE: HML, FSE: Y66, WKN: A3DTM6) has identified a new gold zone. It has a significant width of approximately 74 meters, though the exact width of this zone cannot yet be estimated. The new gold discovery is contained within an extensive system of quartz veins.
The new discovery correlates with previous magnetic surveys, which identified a magnetic anomaly with a total length of approximately four kilometers and a width of 200 meters. As part of the ongoing 2025 exploration program, initial drilling recently intersected this previously unrecognized and untested zone.

The 2025 exploration drilling program at the “Zone 3 Extension” deposit targeted granite-hosted mineralized quartz vein structures. These were first discovered as part of the HML drilling program in August 2024. A total of four drill holes, with a combined length of 1105.5 meters, were completed in recent weeks.
Heritage Mining Hits both within and outside the Quartz Vein Structure
The drilling targeted a northeast-southwest trending magnetic lineament, which apparently controls the quartz veins. Heritage Mining considers the drilling a technical success because two of the four drill holes (HML25-011 and 013) intersected a well-developed quartz vein structure.
Drill hole HML25-013, in particular, intersected mineralized rock. It confirms extensive gold mineralization. Based on the magnetic drone survey, the “mega-quartz vein structure” has a potential strike length of approximately four kilometers, thus justifying further exploration drilling.
With drill hole HML25-013, Heritage Mining intersected an approximately 74-meter-wide vein structure. At a depth of 101.0 meters, 0.98 g/t gold was intersected over a length of five meters. From a depth of 115.91 meters, further mineralization follows. It extends over a length of 11.09 meters and averages 1.11 g/t gold. The gold content increases from a depth of 125 meters over a length of 2.0 meters to 4.0 g/t.
Heritage Mining Will Now Focus on Extending Mineralization along Strike
The drilling completed at the Zone 3 target area at Drayton Black Lake thus not only confirms a new significant gold mineralization but seamlessly builds upon the positive drilling results that Heritage Mining was able to publish in May and July of this year.
The results from neighboring drill hole HML25-014 were also encouraging. It intersected a 0.46-meter-wide section at a depth of 310.82 meters, which is mineralized with 0.87 g/t gold. A second mineralized zone begins only slightly deeper at a depth of 315.75 meters. It contains an average of 0.63 g/t gold over a length of 0.52 meters. This success is significant because it indicates gold also outside the quartz vein structure.
In addition to drilling, further rock samples were taken at the target area. Like the drill cores, these are not only to be analyzed for their gold content, but Heritage Mining has planned a multi-element analysis for them to also detect other interesting metals.
Overall, Heritage Mining is understandably very pleased with the success of the recent drilling and the new discoveries, as they indicate the discovery of a wide, yet also long, quartz vein structure. The potential of this zone is significant, and the company is accordingly looking forward to the next steps. These will initially focus on further testing the quartz structure along strike. For this purpose, Heritage Mining plans to drill ten more holes. These are intended to test the structure over a length of approximately two kilometers and will be completed this year.
