New, Significant Gold Targets Highlighted
While the 2025 drilling program is already underway on the Quesnelle Gold Quartz property of Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. (CSE:GCC; OTC:GCCFF; FSE:3TZ), the company now also presents promising results from soil samples taken last autumn. As now revealed, a zone with anomalous gold values has been discovered, extending over a strike length of at least 1,650 meters!
The survey, which covered 15 line kilometers, included 606 soil samples on 28 lines with 50 and 100 meter spacing and 25 meter sample spacing. The explored grid generally extends from the North Hixon Zone to the west of the Halo Zone and from the northern slope above the Main Zone to Buckley Creek.
And as geologist David Mark informed Golden Cariboo, the soil survey has demonstrated a zone of anomalous gold values running north/northwest across the entire grid. The strike length is, as mentioned, at least 1,650 meters, but the zones are open for extensions both to the north and south!
Direct Correlation to Known Gold Mineralization!
Additionally, Mr. Mark suggested that there is a direct connection to the known gold mineralization of the Halo Zone and the North Hixon Zone. Additional significant gold targets have already been highlighted and the company is now analyzing the received data in detail.
Golden Cariboo had recently reported positive results from surface rock samples, which also further expanded the already multi-kilometer gold system of the QGQ property. We are eager to see how these and the newly gained insights will be reflected in the company’s exploration activities.
