This year, Golden Cariboo Resources (CSE GCC / WKN A402CQ) is planning extensive exploration and drilling work on its Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine, located four kilometers northeast of Hixon in the Canadian province of British Columbia. The company, led by CEO Frank Callaghan, continues to rely on advanced investigation methods.
These methods now include a recently announced, detailed LiDAR (Laser Imaging Detection and Ranging) survey across the entire 94,899-acre project area. The survey, to be conducted by Eagle Mapping Ltd in the summer of 2025, is known for its precision in terrain mapping and identification of geological features (!). Golden Cariboo hopes to gain valuable additional data to refine its exploration targets and support resource development strategies.
Golden Cariboo also states that Eagle Mapping is a recognized provider of such geodata solutions, with extensive expertise in their application, ensuring that the survey will be conducted accurately and efficiently. The company expects the use of LiDAR technology to provide crucial insights into the geological structure of the property and the characteristics of mineralization, thereby increasing the effectiveness of its exploration work.
It speaks well for Golden Cariboo that they continue to rely on innovative exploration techniques and use advanced technologies to make new discoveries and further advance the property. We are eagerly anticipating the next steps, especially the upcoming drill results – particularly since the company recently impressed with spectacular results! (Learn more HERE!).
