The recent drilling successes achieved by Heritage Mining (TSX.V: HML, FSE: Y66, WKN: A3DTM6) at its Drayton-Black-Lake Project have immediately prompted action, as the company has entered into concrete planning for a new aggressive exploration program to expand the Zone 3 Extension. Its goal is the rapid and systematic development of this large and attractive quartz vein system.
The latest update released by Heritage Mining regarding its exploration activities on the Zone 3 Extension of its Drayton-Black-Lake Project familiarized investors with a magnetic anomaly, which indicates a broad system of quartz veins. Drill hole HML25-013 successfully intersected one of these veins over a length of 74 meters. (As we reported.)
While this encouraging hit answered some questions, it also raised new ones. The actual width of this vein structure is currently unclear. Its longitudinal extent is also unknown. It is only known that the magnetic anomaly has an average width of approximately 200 meters and the geological formation has a strike length of four kilometers. Thus, there is significant potential for further discoveries.

Much Work, much Potential for Heritage Mining
This means that Heritage Mining still has a lot of work ahead of it, but this work could also be richly rewarded with numerous new discoveries. The risk-reward profile of this deposit therefore clearly speaks for further exploration work, and Heritage Mining did not hesitate a day longer than necessary to undertake this work.
An extensive follow-up program is not only already in planning but is also actively being pursued. As one of the immediate reactions to the excellent laboratory results, Heritage Mining immediately applied for and has already received permission from the relevant authorities to strip outcrops and veins above HML25-013.
A structural investigation of the large quartz vein system has also been initiated. It will also include diamond drilling and is scheduled to begin in Q4 2025 and be completed in Q1 2026. The purpose of the newly launched soil and till program is the rapid evaluation of the large, newly discovered mega quartz vein structure at the Zone 3 Extension deposit, as well as a more comprehensive evaluation of the Alcona, Zone 10, Zone 3, and New Millennium deposits with a terrain-based B-horizon program.
The Search for Pathfinder Elements is Being Intensified
Sampling will focus on stable, well-drained eluvial and illuvial positions, where pathfinder elements can be effectively sought. The soil/till program will continue with an orientation survey and then be refined to specify the key areas for further investigations. The outcome of this program is intended to be the identification of pathfinder elements for each defined target, and the determination of near-surface mineralization footprints in the target areas.
Heritage Mining has received a stripping permit from the authorities for the area above HML25-013 along the newly identified Zone 3 Extension – Mega Quartz Vein Structure. Stripping of this area, followed by sampling and structural evaluation, is planned as part of the 2025 exploration program. The results of this program will form the basis for further evaluation of the surface structural discovery, to better prioritize subsequent steps and targets.
Additionally, further scout diamond drilling is planned for the newly identified Zone 3 Extension – Mega Quartz Vein Structure. Upon completion of the soil/till program and the stripping and structural evaluation, Heritage Mining intends to commence reconnaissance drilling based on the additional data acquired. There is also a chance to start the reconnaissance drilling earlier, depending on further internal evaluation.
The Newly Discovered Quartz Vein Structure is the Focus of Interest
“We are very keen to systematically further explore the newly discovered Zone 3 Extension Mega Quartz Vein Structure,” stated Peter Schloo, President and CEO of Heritage Mining. “Our team has developed a comprehensive approach for further exploration of this area, as well as for more extensive exploration programs before winter. I would like to thank the exploration team for their great efforts in discovering such an extensive vein system.”
The insights gained from the latest drilling results justify all these steps, and investors now have every reason to look forward to the next activities and their associated results.
