New Program Already in Preparation
The Canadian Core Assets (CSE CC / FSE 5RJ) has already conducted extensive exploration work on its polymetallic Silver Lime project in 2023, achieving great success. With well-filled coffers, CEO Nick Rodway’s company now plans to kick off the 2024 exploration season in just a few weeks.
Recently, Core Assets acquired new remote sensing data and structural results from a 3D magnetic inversion, which is currently being conducted with VTEM data – a geophysical survey method – from 2021. The team is already preparing to return to the site in Atlin. One can therefore expect that concrete exploration plans and new interpretations for Silver Lime will be presented shortly – in conjunction with the continuously supplemented and renewed 3D model of the geological conditions.
Successful Exploration in 2023
Last year, Core Assets conducted 4,245 meters of shallow exploration drilling. Additionally, a high-resolution geophysical 3D-DCIP survey of 14.4 line kilometers was carried out over the high-grade Pete’s-Sulphide City-Gally Trend, and finally, 89 surface rock samples were taken across the entire CRD (Carbonate Replacement Deposit) and porphyry Silver Lime project.
As an example of the successful exploration in 2023, here are the best and longest drill intersections to date, which came from the Pete’s and Gally targets:
- – SLM23-028 (Pete’s) yielded 6.40 meters with 159g/t silver, 8.7% lead, 7.7% zinc, and 0.23% copper from a depth of just 27.43 meters. This included 0.57 meters with 301g/t silver, 11.5% lead, 10.7% zinc, and 0.31% copper.
– SLM23-048 (Gally) encountered 8.00m with 139g/t Ag, 3.5% Pb and Zn, and 0.18% Cu from the surface, including 1.30m with 845g/t Ag, 31.3% Pb and Zn, and 1.10% Cu, and 0.50m with 1,030g/t Ag, 32.4% Pb and Zn, and 1.16% Cu.
Further highlights and a brief summary of the complete exploration activities are available to interested parties in a recent press release from Core Assets
We are certainly excited about the new exploration season on the Silver Lime project, which we consider to be very promising, and will of course keep the readers of Goldinvest.de updated.
