Empower Clinics Inc (CSE:CBDT) (OTCMKTS:EPWCF) CEO Steven McAuley tells Proactive that this week, its subsidiary Empower Healthcare Corp received its hemp-handlers license in Oregon.

McAuley says the company will now be able to begin architectural design on its 5,000 square-foot extraction facility, to submit to the city's permit office. The end goal is to be able to produce gel caps, tinctures, vape pen fills, and other in-demand items.
